As soon as you finish your tenth grade, these two words will be the ones you hear the most...perhaps even more than words 'girlfriend' and 'boyfriend'. Maybe your parents are too liberal and have given you the freedom to shape your future and you have chosen JEE, maybe you are giving the exams only out of the fear of letting down your parents, maybe you are doing it because you have no clue what you actually should be doing with your life yet...

But anyway, pressure or no pressure you are giving the exams and you might as well just prepare for it. There are a lot of good quality coaching centres out there and the popular opinion is that you should join one of them if you can afford it.

Alakh Pandey sir is a Legend!! Okay, maybe I am a little biased considering how much I was influenced positively by this man during my teens… but seriously he is a sorcerer when it comes to teaching.

He has a beautiful way of breaking down complex concepts into simple ideas that are not only easy to comprehend but also fun to engage in.

Alakh Pandey sir is from Allahabad of Uttar Pradesh. He initially used to teach physics & chemistry to students of 10^th, 11^th and 12^th. But due to the struggles he faced in his early life, he always remained an ardent believer of the fact that all children should get quality education irrespective of their backgrounds and this belief motivated him to start a YouTube channel in 2014 where he would give online coaching for IIT JEE Mains and Advanced and NEET for students all over the country for free.

His teaching methods are unique and he brings about a positive and light environment in his online classes. He brings about a perfect balance between conceptual understanding and rote learning. He forms a personal bond with his viewers by motivating them consistently and he never compromises on the quality of his content and really works his best to put forward videos organized according to the topics from which his students can easily learn without any distractions. These points can be proved by the massive fan-following he has.

He also has a website which gives free handwritten and printed notes and assignments based on his video lectures. He charges nothing for this but only has one condition that his students use these ready-made notes only when absolutely necessary and otherwise prepare the notes themselves. He really tries his best in providing students with all the materials they would be given in a reputed coaching institute. But he also from time to time asserts the fact that his students should not entirely rely on him.

This channel is run by Ashish Arora sir who is currently the head of Allen Jaipur. His teaching journey started back in 1993 and he started his YouTube channel in 2011 with a vision to make Physics easier for students by using creative teaching methods.

One of his students was the first Indian to win a gold medal in the International Physics Olympiad and he has mentored several brilliant minds who have gone on to become IITians.

His videos are not arranged in chapters but by concepts which makes it easier to browse through. They are slow paced to suit learners of all types.

He solves ample number of examples in his videos and also provides detailed solutions to previous year question papers. There is also a separate section for questions from JEE Advance called Advance Illustrations which preps you for all the tricky questions.
