But nah,
this isn’t for them. This goes out to all our fellowmen who belong to the second
category. The ‘I love watching people cook and I absolutely love the sounds of
metal utensils clanging and plastic wrappers crumpling. Am I being weird?’ type
of people. This post is dedicated to each and every one of you who fell in love with
the aesthetic sounds of cooking.

➤ALMAZAN
KITCHEN :
If you are a
long-time ASMR enthusiast but haven’t come across Almazan Kitchen, then you
should know that I’m judging you real hard right now.
Almazan
Kitchen was born in 2015, when two Serbian chefs, Alex Almazan and his uncle
Boki Almazan decided to turn things up a notch.
They put raw
nature, splendid videography, mouth-watering meals, delightful sounds, all into
one video and there you have, one of the most loved YouTube ASMR cooking
channels with about 3.21 million subscribers.
They decided
to focus on the main elements pf cooking that have been long forgotten like fire,
different biosystems of microbial culture, ancient techniques of food
preparation, the ritualistic atmosphere and also most importantly, the passion
for food.
Every video they
put forward is like a story that is waiting to unfold. Personally, my favourite
characters in their videos is ‘The Almazan Kitchen Knife’ (trust me, it is so majestic that you shall bow down in respect.)
and ‘Mr.Ramsay, the Owl.’
They cook
all their dishes on fire and coal in Serbian wilderness utilizing organic
homemade ingredients. The stunning visuals and sounds of their ‘outdoors
kitchen’ will relax you and give you the ultimate live-experience.

their channel below.

➤FIRE
KITCHEN :
Fire Kitchen
was started in 2017 by Fabian, a German Nature & ASMR cooking blogger.
Similar to
Almazan Kitchen, Fabian believes the beauty of cooking is best appreciated when
it’s grilled, smoked, cooked, seared and steamed over a real ‘n hot fire.
This channel
focuses on recreation of known grill recipes in a simpler way which one can try
out in their own homes.
But let’s be
frank, we are not here to talk about the cooking recipes, are we?
If you want
to fall asleep hearing the knife hit the slicing board, every time it cuts
through the meat, all while you hear the river gushing by next to you, then I
don’t see why you wouldn’t like this channel?
And who
knows? Maybe like Fabian, even your world might come to a stand-still every
time the fire is lit.
